Jibby & Co @NU Empire
Café-BarSubang Jaya
The place is located in the outside area of the mall, next to the vallet parking. The restaurant was packed so please make a reservation to avoid the wait. Place has downstairs and upstairs seating. Service was quick and water is complementary. The food here is all really good, so you can't go wrong with whatever you try. I tried the blue crab pasta and the soft shell crab and both were excellent. The pasta has alot of seafood to help justify the price. The seafood was fresh and the sauce was delicious. The soft shell crab burger was fresh and very crispy. The sauce complements the burger and has alot of sweet potato fries. The coco longo was nice and refreshing on a hot day. There are also a couple of cakes awailable, though would save it for another day. Overall definitely will come back to this place.

Pete's Bagels
Café-BarTampa
A really cute and nice breakfast restaurant in Tampa Ybor, just a few steps from the main street in the neighbourhood. Seatings is available inside and outside (providing shade too). The bagels are made from scratch, rolled and boiled daily. They are baked in the morning and gone by the end of the day. We had the Original Pete and the Fancy Pete with sesame and poppy bagels. Both were very, very good. The composition of all toppings is well chosen and matching perfectly. Staff and service were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all there was nothing to complain about and it provided the perfect start into the day.

From a simple unassuming entrance, this place opens up to to a wide, well decorated interior with very pleasent aesthetics. Parking can be difficult to find as its in a busy area but it's definately worth the effort. Service was quick and super friendly. They even gave free ice cream to our kids! There is a wide variety on the menu with plenty to choose from, so there is something to try everytime you come. The smash burger was really juicy and moist. Everything goes together so well with the burger that makes it a must have in my opinion. The fries were seasoned different but is just normal/slightly above average. The Oglio Olio was good as well and the size of the prawns were huge. It was well seasoned and the pasta al-dante. Chili flakes were put to the side to accommodate the children. The hot chocolate was nice with good chocolately flavour. The nitro cold brew was a refreshing taste to start the morning with something different. The fist and chips had a nice batter and fry on it; while the chip were the same style as the burger. The chorizo pizza for me was really nice with good flavours and plenty of cheese, though some may prefer a slightly thinner crust. The "not your common chocolate cake" was the perfect way to end the meal. The cake wasnt too sweet and had a thick fudge like texture that was full of flavour. The cocoa powder and honey drizzled on the plate gave a nice touch to break the monotony of the cake, making it a must try while you are here. Price is on the very high side, which is to be expected considering the area and beautiful ambience of the place. Overall, definately will come back here, just maybe saving the place for special occasions due to the high price.
