This time the two of us ordered a small pot of pickled fish. The portion was quite large. It included fish, pickled cabbage, tofu skin and meatballs.
The portion of fish was quite generous, and it took two people a bit tight to finish it. We ordered some additional dishes, and felt that the portion size of the a la carte dishes was quite worthy of the price.
The store's pickled fish itself is not too spicy. Some chili peppers are added to enhance the taste, but people who don't like spicy food can still eat it. The soup is very flavorful, but it is a bit oily. It will feel a little greasy at the end of the meal. I want to eat it occasionally. If the pot has a different flavor, I might pay a return visit!
