It's called Hakka Noodle House, but the Hakka elements are actually not that clear. The staple food is divided into beef, duck, mushroom shredded pork, shredded pork, Yangchun series. You can choose white noodles, fine noodles, soaked rice or gnocchi, but the signature ones are "glutinous rice balls" and "noodle dumplings". I actually really want to eat gnocchi. But because I love glutinous rice balls more, I chose glutinous rice balls, and added some side dishes and soup. In fact, I was very full.
