It's rare to come to Huxi in the countryside to explore delicious food.
Spending an afternoon tea time in the countryside is really not an easy task 🤣.
So what’s worth celebrating is that Huxi has finally opened a shop where you can stay and enjoy the air conditioning.
The biggest advantage of Ai Feng Bing is the refreshing air conditioning, paired with a cup of slush.
Plus, there's no restriction on rest time, making it a great place to chat with three or five friends 👍🏻.
This time everyone ordered
strawberry slush, mango slush, chocolate peanut slush, and grass jelly milk pudding.
Among them, the best one was the chocolate peanut slush 👍🏻.
The rich peanut butter had a slightly salty and sweet feeling,
combined with the slightly bitter-sweet chocolate,
creating a perfectly balanced texture that is very enjoyable.
The strawberry and mango slushes were clearly made with jam.
Overall, they had ordinary flavors, but the advantage is that they weren't too sweet.
For the cost, a cup is not cheap;
the portion is about the size of a large milk drink for breakfast and costs $55-60 NT.
The owner did offer a small cup for tasting,
and I found the unique flavors to be:
golden slush (sweet potato),
taro slush,
and chocolate peanut slush.
Next time I have the chance to visit,
I will definitely come back to try these flavors again 🩷.
