The boss doesn’t talk much, but his behavior is very friendly. As soon as he noticed me, he immediately brought over some tea. He won’t rush you when ordering; he just quietly waits. 😂

The boss's wife seems to be working in the kitchen, and when she has free time, she comes to rest at the counter. That’s when you can see the couple’s interactions. 🤣

<About the environment 🐾>

The space is quite large, cleanliness is average, and the tables are fairly empty so it doesn’t feel crowded.

You can park a few scooters at the entrance.

I ordered half chicken cutlet. You can clearly see the amount of mushroom sauce and black pepper sauce on top of the chicken cutlet. In addition to the basic ingredients of meat, noodles, and egg, there's also a big piece of radish included, which seems to be a specialty of this place 🤣?
You can see the thickness of the chicken, and their chicken cutlet has no bones! It seems that the owner only leaves the soft bones and removes the rest. The meat itself is very tender, the seasoning is not too strong, and overall it is delicious.
The crispy skin doesn't have the layered feel like other places, nor is it as crispy as theirs, but it wins in the soup! There's meat! By the way, their flaky pastry is smoother after soaking in the soup, and the top layer is less likely to crumble all over the table.
The sweetness of the black tea feels very similar to the lightly sweetened drinks from outside beverage shops.
The cutlery will be placed in a bag, which is quite interesting, but it is a bit of a pity that the bag cannot be reused.
The space of the entire store is quite large.
