I'm Yang. I like to take pictures while eating~
What we brought today is
🗣️Hong Kong authentic Hong Kong style stir-fry
🔺Environment
There weren't many people when we went there, so it didn't feel crowded overall.
And there is a very cute fat cat lying next to it 😍
I don’t know if it was the waiter or the boss who was very kind. He even taught us the Cantonese version of the dishes when ordering.
🔺Food
❣️Fish-flavored eggplant stew
I originally wanted to order some vegetables, but it turned out surprisingly delicious.
This dish is named the MVP of this meal. I have never tasted eggplant cooked so well.
The eggplant is soft and delicious, and there is some minced meat on top to bring a different aroma.
Super delicious 🤤
❣️Crispy fried large intestine
Fried large intestine is also delicious, crispy and fragrant
No smell of intestines
❣️Salt and pepper octopus mouth
I want to say it's like Taiwanese fried dragon balls.
However, the dough he uses is quite thick, which is a bit different compared to Taiwanese ones.
I think the taste is similar
❣️Braised pigeon
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and tender in texture
The meat came off as soon as I took a bite.
❣️Sweet and sour sweet and sour chicken balls
It tastes just like ordinary sweet and sour pork ribs🤣
😑Fried pork chop
I don’t think it tastes good. The outside of the dough is quite thick and the pork chop itself is a bit tough.
Overall it's not my cup of tea
🤗Summary
It’s a great place for a group of people to have dinner together, and it’s also very friendly to tourists.
Fish-flavored eggplant, fried large intestine, braised squab
The average meal for six people is about NT$400, which I think is pretty good.
We haven’t finished eating yet🤣
