Located in the basement of Namba Walk, it is a sweet shop called Maeda, famous for its mitarashi dango.
Mitarashi Matcha Soft Serve
I took it out and ate it.
It was around 4pm and the restaurant was full and there was a line, but there was space available for takeaway so I was able to buy some right away.
The combination of cold soft serve ice cream and warm mitarashi dango was exquisite and delicious.
*Personally, I think regular soft serve goes better with mitarashi than matcha flavored.
