It's still my favorite Taiwanese snack,
the unbeatable red bean cake wheel.
After wandering around Liuhe Night Market, I realized
there's just this one stall selling red bean cakes,
no wonder the business is so good!
You have to wait quite a while though~
Many foreigners buy them,
but there’s no organized queue,
so everyone just orders randomly!
It all depends on the owner's memory...
They have red beans, cream, Oreo chocolate, and sweet corn cheese!
One costs $30, four cost $100.
They're a bit bigger than the usual cake wheels,
and the owner packs them generously,
they're not bad for a snack!
This stall's dough is crispy, quite tasty,
my favorite cream flavor is superb!
The classic red bean flavor is pretty good too!
Cake wheels are actually sold everywhere,
they all taste great,
but there’s nothing particularly outstanding,
so I just buy them whenever I see them!
