Happy New Year 🎉
On the second day of the Lunar New Year, I went to Baishatun to worship Mazu all night long.
On the way back, get off the Yuanli Interchange.
You'll be there in about 2 minutes!
This beef noodle shop is also quite popular on the Internet.
The courtyard landscaping and free bean curd are both great👍🏻
Most people who come to the garden go to Chui Kun next to the interchange to buy things...
If you have a chance, come and try beef noodles🐮

⚠️General things to note⚠️:

1. There is only cash settlement in the store, please note‼ ️And payment needs to be made before meal
2. Pick up the side dishes by yourself, then go to the counter to quote and pay (feeling like a conscientious store)
3. The bean curd in the store is provided free of charge
4. There are plastic bags for self-packing in the store, but the tofu pudding cannot be packed!

👌🏻General experience👌🏻:

1. I arrived around 11:30 that day, and the seats in the store were about 80% full.
   We were arranged to be seated in a corner of the store
2. Kapok kept flying into the store during the meal, and I almost fell into the soup several times.
   Even if I try to dial it, it keeps flying around⋯It doesn’t feel good🥲
3. When I was about to leave, I bought 10 yuan of fish feed at the counter, which was quite a big bag.
   The carps in the pond are all super big and fat🐟🤣

🍴Dining experience🍴:

1. Braised beef noodles (thick noodles) $180
   Thick noodles taste very chewy
   The beef is sirloin, there are five big pieces
   And every piece is very thick
   Very soft and delicious
   I took my 77-year-old grandpa there that day. Even though he has bad teeth, he can still bite.
   Two of the pieces of beef have tendons inside and are soft~
   The soup tastes very clear (it is recommended to stir it because the bottom of the bowl has more flavor)
   Conclusion: 🌟4/5, big chunks of beef, chewy texture.

2. Braised Beef and Winter Noodles $180
   The beef & soup base tastes the same as the stewed beef noodles
   Let’s talk about the winter noodles part
   When I taste it myself, I feel that the glass noodles are very good.
   I won’t say that it sucks the soup like the beef noodles outside.
   The portion size is enough~even boys can eat it!
   Conclusion: 🌟4/5, the portion is enough and the rice noodle is not too soupy.

3. Blanched vegetables $50
   Blanched vegetables are a seasonal dish~
   The vegetables of the day are written on the blackboard on the left hand side of the door.
   When I came here before, it was sweet potato leaves. Today, it’s a mainland girl.
   There is a spoonful of braised pork on top of the blanched vegetables.
   It tastes very fragrant and does not have the bitter taste that mainland girls have.
   Conclusion: 🌟4/5, adding braised pork to blanched vegetables is a great bonus!
