I saw it many times on Instagram and it's so close to home, I finally had time to pay a visit. This time I ordered the long chives (chive dumplings) and golden dumplings (pork and cabbage). First, I have to say the food is delicious 😋 and the portions are generous 👍.

However! The waiting time was really, really long. I came shortly after the restaurant opened, and it was already full inside. The staff informed us that we would have to wait 45 minutes, but I didn’t mind since it’s a well-known delicious place. I did wait outside for 45 minutes before being seated.

But after ordering, it took another 45 minutes for the food to come out. During that time, I watched as they prepared the takeaway orders for people who arrived later than us before attending to the dine-in customers, which left the dine-in guests waiting without really understanding why. I feel like they could improve their food delivery process.
