I happened to see sukiyaki in this restaurant.
After eating grilled Hida beef for so many days
I haven’t tried sukiyaki items yet.
After confirming that there is a seat, I plan to come and eat.

The store has a tablet, which is super considerate.
There is also a Chinese menu inside
Basically there is no problem in ordering food
I just hesitate about what to eat
I want to eat everything🤣

Hida Beef Sukiyaki
Basically a combination of packages
There are quite a lot of things inside.

Miso soup, chawanmushi and pickles are all basic
In addition to rice, there is also udon noodles
The whole thing turns into a starch gift package

For beef, about 6-7 slices
Even though it’s thinly sliced, the oil flowers are still delicious
Put it in the pot and cook it. Dip it in eggs and eat it with rice. It’s super cool.

Sukiyaki should be the reason I ate so much Hida beef this time

Later I found out that there was a sake brewery on the other side of them.
But I went too late and the brewery was on break.
So I just ordered the three-cup combo.
Give it a little taste

But sake is all up to the individual.
