Let me start by saying that today’s MVP is Trout Egg Steamed Egg‼ ️The steamed eggs are super delicate and can be broken when blown. The super delicious trout eggs on top can only be described as delicious when you bite them. It is definitely a must-order when you come to this restaurant!
Each set meal comes with a staple food, a large bowl of rice, which includes a piece of sweet potato, a large bowl of miso soup, three side dishes and a lettuce salad, which will definitely keep you full!
The sauce for the smooth egg pork chop set meal was a bit sweet, and the skin of the pork chop was soft because it was soaked in the sauce. I didn’t like this dish very much, but the side dishes next to it were all excellent and very refreshing and soothing, especially the Lotus root is very crisp and is my favorite side dish.
The fried chicken in the Summer Refreshing Nanban Chicken Set Meal is very tender and juicy, but I think it’s a pity that the mayonnaise on the fried chicken is the kind of mayonnaise from Taiwan (not the sour kind from Japan), so it’s hard to eat too much. It's greasy. Although there are cucumbers mixed into the mayonnaise, it still doesn't have much anti-greasy effect.
