A restaurant you must try when skiing in Furano
The reason you must try it is that this is basically the only restaurant in the ski area.
The ordering method is a common machine ordering found in Japan, so there is no language barrier, but it only accepts cash.
After ordering, you take the meal ticket to the counter, and you will receive a device to notify you when to pick up your meal after returning to your seat.
The food is not bad, but the flavors are on the salty side, which might not be acceptable for Taiwanese people. For those who prefer lighter flavors, it is recommended to choose rice dishes.
I highly recommend the chashu in the noodles; it's large, not overly tender, but very flavorful. Next time I go, I will order an extra plate of chashu to go with my beer.
