什浬鍋 Shihli Stone Hot Pot
Although it's summer, hot pot is still a must-have.
Today, we came to Mailyau Shili Hot Pot.
It has beautiful decor, a rich buffet bar, and free parking!
Let's talk about the buffet bar.
The vegetables and hot pot ingredients are very fresh, and there's a pot full of squid paste available for use.
The sauce area has many varieties, and my favorites are the olive oil scallion sauce and the citrus sesame sauce.
The white rice is served with minced meat and beef bowl, so often I end up eating too much and then forgetting about the main dish (the hot pot).
For drinks, I saw a draft beer machine, but that seems to be a limited-time offer.
Desserts, ice cream, and fruits are also available.
There are many types of hot pot soup bases as well.
The main ingredients, both meat and seafood, are fresh and delicious.
This time we had the Southeast Asian laksa pot with seafood.
Adding plenty of scallions and vegetables to the soup makes it even sweeter and fresher.
After the meal, we enjoyed some fruits and desserts, and it was super satisfying.
