Cocoa Mature Black Tea originated in 2008 next to Taichung Market, and it is about to enter its 20th year.
As the name suggests, since the store is famous for its mature black tea, its most famous drinks are naturally its black tea series.
What I enjoyed today was Jasper Chunping, priced at 75 yuan.
To be honest, it's a little expensive.
Jasmine Spring Ping:
Using Kebu's signature mature ruby black tea as the base, adding sweet apple juice, and adding jasmine tea jelly to add texture, it is Jasmine Spring Ping.
At first I thought it was a product from the jasmine green tea series when I saw the name, but it turned out that the ingredient of jasmine was tea jelly.
The rich ruby matches the sweet and sour taste of apple juice.
In addition, the taste and aroma of jasmine tea jelly are surprisingly not out of place among black teas.
Overall, the consistent taste of black tea is the lifeblood of this chain, and it does not disappoint.
However, their standard black tea brewing method must add some sugar, otherwise it will be a bit too astringent, which has been a long-standing shortcoming.
Recommended to everyone.
