🐟 Freshly made and deep-fried swordfish black wheel stall
I've always been a fan of swordfish black wheels. The golden, crispy fried swordfish paste wraps around the egg white and yolk. The outside is crunchy while the inside is soft; it's truly charming ❤️.
One afternoon, when I passed by, there were only a few people at this stall. I didn't expect that when evening came, there would be a long line. I almost wanted to give up, but fortunately, the staff worked quickly and managed to serve most of the crowd in no time, allowing us the chance to taste it ✌🏻.
Due to the hot weather and feeling a bit full, I hesitated and only got the swordfish fries and some cheese balls to satisfy my cravings. While waiting by the side, I discovered that the swordfish black wheels were actually made and fried on the spot, which opened my eyes since I had only eaten pork but never seen a pig run 😳.
Finally, we got our steaming hot fried food. Both the color and the aroma were very tempting. However, the swordfish fries were basically slices of black wheel cut into long strips, while the cheese balls had a chewy texture that surprised us. Unfortunately, they were a bit pricey 💰.
Without a doubt, next time I come to Cijin, I will visit again, leaving some space in my stomach to give it another try. Just looking at it makes it seem delicious. But you have to buy 5 pieces of swordfish black wheels in one go. I recommend that if you come to visit, you can also buy some to share ✨.
