I waited on a weekday night, as the 4th group in line, and waited about 20 minutes. The interior has a wood grain design.

The staff is the type where you call them to place your order. There were foreign staff who provided prompt service and could communicate in English. Salad and pickles were served first. The staff checked in for refills, but I couldn't get more pickles even when I requested. It's understandable that there is variability in the customer service level among the staff. On that day, only the service from the foreign male staff was good!

The sauce has a sweet, concentrated umami flavor similar to Katsukura’s special sauce. Personally, I would like to eat it with salt! I would love to have tartar sauce for the prawn cutlet. You can choose between white rice or perilla rice. The loin has little fat, which is nice, and the fillet cutlet is tender. They are particular about the brand of pork and low-temperature frying for their tonkatsu. Rice and cabbage salad can be refilled freely. * It was noted that pickles could be refilled, but I couldn’t get more when requested, so a menu revision is advisable.

◉ Special Matsumori Set. ¥3800. Appearance/Taste: Includes prawn cutlet, fillet cutlet, crab cream croquette, and seasonal fish fry, featuring an oyster bomb fry with 2 to 3 oysters—a great deal! The prawn cutlet is full of prawn flavor! The crab cream is rich and creamy. The red miso soup and perilla rice are delicious!

多年連續獲得米其林必比登推薦和日本tabelog百名店的神級炸豬排! 跟朋友剛好來兩國站附近,想說要不要吃個飯,就想到這間口袋名單想來很久的炸豬排名店~ 這家店位於擁擠的橫綱橫丁,沿街排列著許多飲食店,以紅色的布簾和燈籠作為標誌。 吃了之後真的覺得名不虛傳,每一個細節都很講究,豬肉選用「平田牧場巴克三元豚」的豬肉,肉質細緻又不油膩,味道很清甜。他們還與麵包粉店經過反覆試驗,製作出酥脆的特製麵包粉做外皮,醬汁也是店內自製的原創調配。 這次我們在晚餐時段來,點了「はせ川とんかつ」2700日圓。用上等豬肩肉包著起司和紫蘇也,酥脆的外皮口感,豬肉的熟度適中,第一次吃到這麼多汁柔軟還帶有甜味的炸豬排,非常驚艷,夾在中間的紫蘇葉也讓層次感更豐富。 雖然是油炸但一點也不覺得沉重,定食附上黃芥末和蘿蔔泥柚子醋,桌上還備有鹽、醬汁、七味粉可以混搭,高麗菜絲和白飯可以無限續碗。附餐的味噌湯超級好喝,應該是我人生喝過前幾名的味噌湯~ 我們另外加點了馬鈴薯可麗餅,一樣是非常清爽的炸物,男爵馬鈴薯的甜味,真的會讓人驚嘆。 我們這次剛好直接來有位置,但過不久門外就開始排隊了。晚餐時間是可以訂位的,如果想吃的話還是推薦先預定喔!

Google Maps上評分非常高,所以就來試試看,結論是蠻普通的,而且吃完拉肚子。 我點的是滑蛋炸豬排,飯煮的蠻好的,不會太軟爛也粒粒分明。不過豬排就是稍嫌普通,我本來就不是豬排愛好者,但豬排柴不柴我還是分得出來的。其中有幾塊偏硬,甚至咬不太掉。 但值得稱讚的是,藜賣毛豆的小菜蠻好吃的,炸花生湯圓我也蠻喜歡的。不過以這個價格來說,並不是真的必吃不可。 同行的人點的是黑豬排安和店限定的,感想是吃起來也是普通,他的蛋是全熟的荷包蛋,加上台式醬油,如果是追求日式口味的人可能會失望。 其實本來大概想要給個三顆星,因為用餐環境蠻算舒適的,但是回家兩個人都拉了肚子。去看了一下Google Maps的評論上面,蠻多人都有這個問題的,而且當天晚上也就只有吃這間店,所以應該是他造成的沒錯⋯ 這次晚上五點就進去用餐了,不過尖峰時段應該是會要排隊的,因為內用位置不多,但我是覺得沒有排隊的價值啦,蠻多人說中山本店好吃很多的,給大家參考。
