This time I stumbled upon this store by mistake while looking for the parking lot.
Since I like to try all kinds of ramen, I was naturally attracted to it.
Yén ITTE is located at the intersection of Guangming 10th Street and Xianzheng 14th Street, directly opposite Douxing Park.
The decoration is simple and neat, exuding the cultural blend of East and West (Japanese + French), and the atmosphere is great!
The seating is mainly in the high bar area, and there is also a long table. As soon as you enter the store, there is a self-service ordering machine where you can order your own food (both for dine-in and take-out).
You can choose the softness, hardness, toppings, and saltiness of the ramen (the basic French saltiness is still a bit salty in my opinion, so first-time visitors can start with the mild version).
This time I ordered the yuzu-flavored scallops and chicken clear soup ramen. The soup is clear and clean, with a slightly salty taste and a refreshing yuzu aroma. The noodles are different from the traditional Japanese ramen, which is more raw (more of the original flour). Fragrance) taste, the meat slices are roasted duck and chicken, the overall style is more French, the taste is good, it is worth eating!
