Thank you, Fooday🥳, for making me want to try more different foods🍽.
🚩Location🧭
Located near the intersection of Fuhou Street and Siwei Street in the West District of Taichung City, this is a three商巧福 that's independent and not inside a market.
If you're lucky, you can find parking on the roadside.
🪑About the overall atmosphere🎡
The shop is not big, and the seating area feels quite crowded. When I visited, almost all the seats were taken. The order staff often had to help with food delivery and clearing dishes, so I had to wait a while to place my order.
💰About the pricing💰
The super large beef sukiyaki rice set is $209. If you change the drink and add a side dish, it’s an additional $10, totaling $219. The beef fried noodle is $150.
🍴About the meals☕
I was really hungry today, so I ordered two main dishes and it was awesome. The sukiyaki rice is basically beef donburi with a lot of meat, and the rice is drizzled with sukiyaki sauce. The combination is fantastic and it's served with century egg tofu and sweet potato leaves. The sweet potato leaves are very tender, without a coarse texture; the century egg tofu is consistently super elastic. The meat in the beef fried noodles is more finely chopped, topped with some cabbage. The noodles are delicious but the fried sauce is a bit salty; although, fried sauces tend to be on the salty side. Each main dish comes with a bowl of kelp soup; the pepper flavor is a bit strong, but besides that, there's nothing to complain about.
🤨Conclusion♥
It seems this place does not have enough staff; you have to wait to order, and after ordering, it takes a while to get your food. Also, the chopsticks in the self-service area ran out and weren’t replenished in time. Many tables from the previous group still hadn't been cleared; however, the deliciousness remains intact.
