When it comes to late-night snacks, apart from soybean milk stores, fried food places definitely come to mind. But sometimes, you encounter ones with a heavy oil taste, which is such a waste of stomach space!
After comparing several fried food places, Fry King is truly my favorite and the one I frequent the most 😚 Plus, it's also slightly cheaper among various chain fried food stores.

I ordered the must-try egg tofu here. As soon as I got it, I couldn't help but eat several pieces. The outer layer is super crispy, while the inside is hot and silky smooth—such a delight!
There are also fried mushrooms, which are very fresh and juicy. Each bite leaves a lingering flavor in your mouth; I think they taste better than king oyster mushrooms.
The spices are very flavorful (you can adjust the spiciness and choose to add sliced garlic, basil, and garlic cloves). Paired with sliced garlic and green onions, it really makes you want to keep eating. Even after finishing, you won't feel greasy—I already ate half of it before getting home, haha!

There are two black drainage covers in front of the store. Sometimes they can emit bad smells, so try to keep your distance while waiting.
Being close to the drainage covers, you might inevitably encounter cockroaches and rats, raising some questions about hygiene?
