It took a while to find the entrance. I thought I was at the right place according to Google Maps, only to later discover a small signboard indicating that I needed to climb a flight of stairs to reach it. You can freely choose your seating and there's a physical menu. After deciding what to order, you go to the counter to place your order, and the minimum purchase is one drink.
I usually don't drink coffee; milk tea or matcha are my main choices at cafes. This place does not offer extra sugar or milk, so I ordered hot black tea. The staff informed me that the tea can be re-brewed. When it arrived, it was already brewed to a flavorful level, but since I really enjoy chatting while eating and drinking, it ended up becoming a bit too strong and astringent after a while, and I really wanted to add some sugar.
For dessert, I ordered the emerald matcha cake. It looks beautiful and isn't overly sweet, but I couldn't really taste the matcha, possibly because the amount of cream overshadowed the tea flavor. I personally think their cream isn't too rich, but if you don't like cream, you might want to skip this place.
