🥖Foodie Fatty🥖 Eating and drinking in Taichung🍰🍹

Thanks to Fooday for providing a platform that allows me to eat while earning🤣🤣

"San Jiah Breakfast" is an old-school breakfast shop that locals in Taichung should all know! Every time I pass by the shop, I can always smell the aroma of the pancakes in the air, which makes my mouth water!
There are always long queues of people outside, and the business is really good! In fact, "San Jiah Breakfast" has two branches, and today I visited the one located on Jianxing Road in the North District!
Recently, the shop has undergone a major renovation, and now the sign and the dining environment are completely refreshing!
I waited in line to order and, after receiving my meal, was lucky to find a seat inside right away. I quickly sat down to enjoy the freshly made delicious breakfast～
I’m sharing my dining experience along with photos!
I hope to give everyone a better understanding of the shop through my simple sharing.
This is a place I would visit again and highly recommend to you～

🔸️ Scallion Pork Pie $28 Just freshly out of the oven, the scallion pork pie is at its best state for flavor. Taking a bite, although it's hot, the fragrant filling of scallions and minced pork combined with the flaky pastry is truly delicious! Especially the pastry has two layers of varying thickness; the thicker dough becomes more fragrant the more you chew. The savory flavor of the scallion pork filling together with the sweetness of the pastry creates a rich layering of taste that makes me want to keep going bite after bite~ 😋😋 No wonder it's a signature dish—highly recommended!

🔸️ Original Flavor Egg Pancake $36 This egg pancake is a dish that I must order every time I come here. The pancake skin is fried to a golden brown, perfectly cooked on the surface! It has a rich flavor of the pancake! Topping it with the famous sweet and spicy sauce from Taichung before eating is a must! 🤣🤣

One bite of the egg pancake, and the green onion and egg inside is cooked just right! The egg is not overcooked and is very tender, with the fragrant green onion creating a delightful chewiness with the pancake skin, making it more and more delicious as you chew~ It's crispy with the savory flavor of the green onion and egg, really tasty! Highly recommended! 🤗🤗

🔸️ Ice Soy Milk $25 Their soy milk is very fresh, and every sip has a slightly gritty texture, with a rich bean aroma! You must have a cup of freshly made soy milk every day!

The dining environment is kept very clean, spacious, and bright.

Sauce Area There are various sauces available to add according to personal taste. You must try the famous sweet and spicy sauce from Taichung.

The sizzling sound of fresh egg pancakes being cooked on the griddle. The countertop beside it is kept very clean, making it reassuring for people to enjoy their meals.
