Arriving at Terminal 2 of the airport, I discovered this coffee shop that specializes in using Taiwanese coffee beans, so I decided to give it a try.
The overall quality of the shop is quite good, and the prices are relatively high. I personally love fruity flavors, and after being introduced by the staff, I ordered the Taitung Dongshan sun-dried hand-brewed iced coffee. The shop uses a hand brewing machine, eliminating any human instability. It really brings out the flavor, and the fruity aroma has a nice layering.
However, the price of Taiwanese coffee beans is on the higher side, and the overall flavor has a distinct Taiwanese taste, which can be subjective in terms of preference. Personally, I still prefer beans from Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and other places where the prices are more reasonable. Just a reference for everyone.
