I learned that a café I've been curious about in Minoh offers afternoon tea, so I went to check it out! 🫖

The café is called ICHIRIN COFFEE Minoh Main Store, and the nearest bus stop is Gaiin on the Hankyu Bus. 🚌 There is also plenty of parking, so you can drive there too. 🚗

The café has a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. ✨

For drinks, I chose:

• Black Tea with Vanilla & Blueberry 🫐
• Golden Muscat 🍇
  The sugar provided was brown sugar with large crystals, and it was delicious! ✨ The flavor of vanilla with the tartness of blueberries was really tasty. 🫐

You can choose cakes from the showcase, and I selected:

• Rich Raw Chocolate Shortcake 🍫🍰
• Mont Blanc Tart 🌰

The homemade pickles 🥒 made a light and tasty addition, featuring:

• Red Bell Pepper ❤️
• Yellow Bell Pepper 🟡
• Zucchini 🥒
• Lotus Root ✨

The quiche with two types of mushrooms and pumpkin 🎃🍄 was packed with mushrooms and pumpkin, and the cheese was rich and delicious. 🍄‍🟫🎃

The Cremia soft serve 🍦 was rich and incredibly tasty with a creamy texture. 🐮

The Mikan Tart 🍊 was sweet and delicious. The tart crust and sponge were also very tasty. 🥧

The Tarte Tatin with Fuji Apples 🍎 had sweet, cooked apples that were slightly bitter, giving it a sophisticated adult flavor that was delicious. 🍎

ICHIRIN-style Chestnut Mont Blanc 🌰 was chocolate-coated and looked like a chestnut. The slight bitterness of the chocolate and the sweetness of the chestnut were delightful. 🌰🍫

The Maple Financier 🍁 had a strong maple flavor and was incredibly delicious. 🍁

The Baked Sweet Potato 🍠 looked adorable, just like baked sweet potatoes, and was sweet and tasty. 🍠

The Shine Muscat and Orange Jelly 🍊🍇 had nicely cut muscat grapes, and the orange jelly was refreshing, while the panna cotta inside was rich and delicious. 🍊🍇

The Rich Raw Chocolate Shortcake 🍫🍰 featured loads of chocolate in both the cream and the cake, making it very rich. The cake and cream had a fluffy yet dense texture—an unusual but pleasant sensation. ✨ There were plenty of bananas in it as well, providing great satisfaction and making it incredibly delicious. 🍌

The Mont Blanc Tart 🌰 was filled with chestnut paste and had delicious cream and crust, also providing great satisfaction and was incredibly tasty. 🌰

The Original Scone ✨ was freshly baked and had a crispy yet chewy texture, making it delightful. ✨

The Cinnamon Scone with Apples and Nuts 🍎🥜 had a strong presence of both apples and nuts, with a nice cinnamon aroma.

Both scones paired excellently with honey & fresh cream and were immensely delicious. 🍯

Overall, it was a very satisfying experience with great taste and generous portions! Having a whole cake included for the price makes it very reasonable and I highly recommend it for anyone who loves afternoon tea. 🫖
