Scallion Braised Pork Ribs Noodle Soup $130

The pork ribs are still as large as before, and the noodle portion remains generous. The broth's flavor is still rich, and that half egg inside is really delicious.

This is a place I've been eating at since I was little. Seven or eight years ago, when a bowl of scallion braised pork ribs was still $80, my dad would bring the whole family here every week. Since they gradually started raising prices, now we can only come here occasionally. The comforting part is that the taste of the noodles hasn’t changed, only the prices and the flavor of the winter melon tea (which has gotten milder) 🫠

Today, because not long ago I accidentally destroyed the sustain pedal of the piano at home and haven't figured out how to explain it to my mom, I thought I’d come to the music classroom to ask what to do. But the music classroom wasn't open ==. Anyway, since I’m not brave enough to go home yet, I decided to visit this place again after a long time. Since I won’t be in Changhua after going to university, it’s a good opportunity to eat here before heading to Taipei 😋
