Collaboration of the trendy brand Little Heart and Blue Bottle Coffee🩵

This shop is a must-visit for many people when they come to Japan! It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, which gives a feeling a bit away from the hustle and bustle. The building where the shop is located is really beautiful; I went there on a weekday afternoon before and there were almost no people. Today, in the evening, the shop was almost filled with Taiwanese customers 😂.

What makes this place different from other Blue Bottle Coffee shops is that they only offer two exclusive blends:

"PAST," the past blend, uses the same beans from the origin of coffee, Ethiopia, mixed with two different roasting levels. You can taste fruity aromas alongside the full body of dark roast, and the overall feeling is very smooth, which I really like.

"FUTURE," the future blend, is explained on the official website as being based on sun-dried Ethiopian beans, with added Guatemalan beans roasted separately. Although the roast level is not high, it has a slight nutty flavor.

In addition to the two exclusive coffee blends, there are also many limited-edition collaboration products available at the adjacent HUMAN MADE! The light blue heart 🩵 is super cute, and each person can only buy one of each item. You can pay with a card and get a tax refund, and there's no problem with English communication!
