At the ramen shop near the Starbucks in Toucheng, the operating hours are split into two shifts: 11:00 AM to 7:50 PM, with a break from 2:50 PM to 5:00 PM. There is a parking lot in front where you can park.

To order, you use the ordering machine at the entrance of the shop, and payment is made at the same machine, currently only accepting cash. The menu includes Japanese ramen, sashimi, sushi, and seasonal dishes.

This time I ordered:
Iberian Pork Bowl - The flavor is reminiscent of unadon (grilled eel rice), the pork is tender, and it comes with pickles and a bowl of miso soup, which makes for a filling meal.

Shrimp Ramen - The shrimp is large and seems to have a good portion, the broth is rich in flavor, and the shrimp is already peeled for easy eating.

Sesame Miso Dan Dan Ramen - The taste is quite unique, but it becomes a bit rich towards the end.

Pork Bone Ramen - A classic ramen flavor with a standard taste.

Chawanmushi - It has one large shrimp; after removing the shrimp, there isn’t much egg left, and I seem to prefer the regular version.

Hiroshima Oysters - The fried oysters taste quite reasonable, nothing particularly notable.

For me, it's a fairly standard restaurant. When it's very cold and I want hot soup but don't want to eat hot pot, I would likely want to have a bowl of ramen.
