🔱 Zhengwei Sheep Soup Restaurant 🔱
I went to Dishui Lake in Shanghai over the weekend and happened to search for this mutton restaurant online. I saw good reviews, so I gave it a try.
It is obviously a treasure fly restaurant. I came early and the bosses were still taking a nap 😂😂😂
I ordered a bowl of mutton soup (cake crust included), hot mutton and scallion pancakes.
The hot lamb itself is well cooked, with no odor or over-seasoning. It is just light, soft but not rotten, and chewy. A simple dip in soy sauce can fully reflect the taste of the lamb.
The mutton soup is clear but a little cloudy, and quite fragrant. I believe there is no technology in it, but I quite like it.
In addition, if you order mutton soup, you will get a cake crust, which is used to dip it in the mutton soup. The cake crust is very chewy and tastes good.
Then there was the scallion pancake, which was a bit oily and I didn’t like it that much. (But scallion pancakes require that oil~ Asi)
In short, it is really not easy to find a place where you can eat meat in the south, and the price is a bit expensive, but if you come to visit Dishui Lake, I still recommend this restaurant.
