31 ice cream is really comparable to the Cool Stone that I loved before.

However, the two styles are actually different. 31 ice cream feels like afternoon tea to me, while Cool Stone feels like it can be used as lunch. The viscosity of the ice is also different.

This time I chose three flavors: Burgundy Cherry, Rainbow Sherbet, and Strawberry Cheesecake. The cherry flavor is highly recommended and has a bit of alcoholic flavor, but the clerk said there is no alcohol. I don’t like the sour taste of sorbet. Strawberry cheesecake is a flavor I must eat every time. It’s great to be able to eat a whole piece of cheese directly.
