You must try the Vietnamese food recommended by the local farm owner.
This time I ordered beef soup rice noodles, pork trotters QQ strips, shrimp paste water spinach and fried spring rolls. The fried spring rolls tasted crispy on the outside, and the pork inside was added with nine-layer pagoda to dip into the sauce. It was quite refreshing, but I prefer the average. Spring rolls that don't need to be fried.
The beef soup pho soup is surprisingly refreshing and does not make me feel too heavy. If you are used to heavy salty food, they also have fish sauce and chili sauce to add, which will make the taste more prominent.
I only had one bite of the pork trotters QQ strips because they belonged to a friend! It's really Q, but the taste of the pig's feet itself is unknown.
The shrimp paste water spinach itself is relatively salty, but the original flavor comes out, and the water spinach is indeed the best when mixed with it.
Next time I want to try other people’s soups that look amazing!
