It was a kind customer who helped us communicate and translate with the clerk. The clerk later came out to arrange seats in Chinese, which means that he obviously understands Chinese😡
You didn’t have to wait long, this is a store that has a high turnover rate.
The indoor environment is extremely crowded, as is probably the case with small restaurants in Hong Kong🤔
There is also an endless stream of customers
During the meal, you may bump into other guests or people at the same table. It’s really crowded 😂

😐 Various mixed noodles (pork blood, pig skin, tripe, fish balls, beef balls)
There are different noodles to choose from
I chose thin noodles, which looked like shredded chicken noodles. I didn’t like it😵‍💫I thought it would be like yellow noodles
Pork blood is super tender and delicious😍
Tripe is also delicious
The other ingredients are pretty good, and the soup is just beef soup.
The overall taste is a bit strong and you will feel thirsty after drinking the soup!

The big bowl of mixed vermicelli noodles comes with an extra carrot, and my friend said it’s also delicious.

The price is a bit expensive, but I feel like there are better options
(The rice rolls ordered for delivery are a hundred times more delicious and filling, and cheaper. It’s a pity that I can’t post an article to introduce them to everyone since they are delivered🥲)
Being treated cruelly by the store clerk really deducted points for me.
This is not the case in other stores I go to.
