鮮味塩酥雞-鹹酥雞

This is a delicious salty crispy chicken restaurant that I accidentally found in Qiaotou, Kaohsiung. One day I really wanted to eat salty crispy chicken, so I opened my Google Maps and found this restaurant. The reviews were pretty good, so I called directly to make an order. For takeout, you have to wait for almost 15 minutes. I have eaten there more than 10 times. It is really a pretty good store.

I usually order salty crispy chicken and squid, and the rest is quite casual. I order whatever comes to my mind. If I order more, the boss will put it in a box, which looks more fragrant, and he also gives you a lot of garlic slices. The nine-story pagoda and onion slices are super generous and more than addictive~
The salty crispy chicken is quite large, and the meat quality is pretty good, but it doesn’t leave a special impression on people (but it would be strange if a salty crispy chicken restaurant doesn’t order salty crispy chicken😂)
The portion of squid is also quite large and chewy. If you like eating, you can order one to relieve your addiction.
The egg tofu is also quite good, but I prefer Baiye tofu. It also tastes like tofu, not flat and oily tofu😂
Sometimes I also order king oyster mushrooms, which are quite juicy and delicious with pepper and salt!
The green beans were relatively good. They were not crispy enough when fried. It was like eating the green beans in a bento. It was delicious!
Sweet or not spicy, this dish is a must-try if you want to be full. It also goes well with pepper and salt~
