❤️ A salt and crispy chicken shop that uses a oil extractor is a great option for late-night snacks. Each post will include actual dining photos; even if it's just a drink, it avoids some users impersonating real dining experiences by not including food pictures. Overall rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑
📍 This place is located on Zhongyuan Street in the old Jin Kuo Street intersection; parking is somewhat inconvenient. The shop does not provide inside dining space or restrooms.
🚗 It's recommended to park outside at the Lin Kuo Ping Wu public outdoor parking lot on Zhongshan Road (20 TWD/hour), and the first 30 minutes are free.
🏍️ Most motorcycles are temporarily parked outside while purchasing.
💬 This time, I went to grab a flight back from Taoyuan and wanted something to eat. I discovered that Lin Kuo also has quite a few late-night options, and I found this shop on Google and called ahead to make a reservation. By the time we arrived, the food was already prepared.
The shop offers set meal combinations, all priced at 100 TWD for budget-friendly options, which are 10-20 TWD cheaper than the regular price.
The portion sizes of the food are relatively generous, and the dishes are oil-filtered, making them a bit lighter (deceiving myself into thinking it's healthier XD). They also provide fried basil, but unfortunately, the staff made a mistake and gave us taro instead of turnip cake, which was a bit disappointing.
They support various payment methods, so you don't need to carry cash to pay, and there are some high chairs outside for dining or waiting.
Additionally, the staff is quite friendly. When we finished our meal in the car and wanted to throw away some trash, the staff proactively asked if we wanted to dispose of it. Overall, it's a salt and crispy chicken shop worth visiting again.
