❤️ In the small wooden house in Yuli, you can enjoy Yuli noodles, topped with fragrant fried shallots and the delicious flavor of pork lard and lean meat.

📍 Located on Minquan Street in Yuli Town, Hualien, there are quite a few indoor seats and restroom facilities available.
🚗 You can park in the parking lot opposite Yuli Bridge Ice Shop, or at the central parking lot on Minquan Street, both of which have never charged fees.
🏍️ Most scooters are parked beside the shop.

💬 Some of the more famous Yuli noodles in the area include: Yuli Qiaotou Noodles, Traditional Yuli Noodle Cuisine, Magasien Yuli Noodles, and this small wooden house's Yuli noodles. However, we mainly chose this small wooden house to have Yuli noodles near the stinky tofu at the bridge, and a simple serving of Yuli oil noodles with plenty of fried shallots, accompanied by some slices of pork, is truly delicious.

There are a few outdoor seats to accommodate the continuous flow of customers. However, due to the hot weather, we opted to dine indoors. Although there is air conditioning, it felt a bit warm since we were near the entrance.

The staff is very quick; they will help clean and wipe down tables. Once we placed our order, the food arrived in no time, and we quickly finished eating before continuing with ice dessert.

(This time we didn't order the pork belly because we had to hurry to Liushishi Mountain in the afternoon to see the golden needle flowers, but I highly recommend it for everyone to try.)

Four Herbal Soup (Small) $40 The four herbal ingredients in the soup are cooked very tenderly, the broth is refreshing, and there are plenty of ingredients, but the flavor of the broth is relatively mild.
🍜 Yuli Noodles (Dry) $70 The overall portion is considered moderate, with a few slices of lean meat, bean sprouts, and chives. It is topped with plenty of fragrant fried shallots. The lean meat is somewhat dry, the noodles have a good balance of softness and firmness, and the sauce is quite flavorful without being overly salty.
The small shop also has a TV, which is quite nice.
