What we brought today is
🗣️Newly opened salty crispy chicken stall in Beitun, Taichung

🔺Environment
It was the first time I saw the ingredients from the salty crispy chicken stall packed in bags and kept in the freezer.
Since it has only been open for a short time, the store looks quite clean. Bonus points for the hygiene aspect.
But I hope the boss can wear gloves~

The arcade is where the shopkeepers sell drinks and juices.
The hostess was super enthusiastic and kept chatting with me, and even gave me a sample of delicious mango milk 🫶
The tabletop is also very clean, but the price is a bit expensive (not sure, I rarely buy juice from outside)
Use Wantan for fresh milk, if you mind, please avoid it🤗

❣️Chicken Steak Spicy💰75
I think the size is moderate, not so much that you will get tired of eating it (the devil's chicken steak is too thick and you will get tired of eating it)
The skin looks like a traditional chicken steak
It’s slightly spicy. It’s not spicy for me, who doesn’t like spicy food, but it has a spicy flavor.
Be careful when you bite into the slightly juicy meat, it’s super hot!
Will visit again, just near home🤣

❣️Rice intestines and rice blood💰20 each
Fried rice is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, a bit sticky to the teeth
The taste of both is just average, nothing special.
This one is special because they add raw onions, and they give a lot of them.
But it’s a bit spicy. It’s quite sweet at first, but it’s so spicy at the end🥵
And if you remove it, your mouth will be super smelly hahaha
Rice sausage and onions are perfect!

🤗Summary
The couple has a very good attitude, and the environment of the newly opened store is also very clean.
The fried food is okay, but it’s a pity that they don’t sell the chicken skin and bean buns that I love.
Not sure if it is different from Xie Liwang next door
As for the drinks, it feels like they are still being adjusted and the menu may not be complete yet.
The stall next door is also new and super competitive. I’ll try it another day.
