The must-eat night market in Taichung - Daqing Night Market is finally a pilgrimage!
The first one I came to eat was Laotongguan Roujiamo. People on the Internet said the queue would take 40 minutes, but I actually waited in line for about 20 minutes. It was not as exaggerated as the Internet said (weekdays)
There are three choices of meals (rougamo) (some ingredients are omitted, but the taste is the same). Braised eggs and sour plum soup are also sold separately.
This time I ordered meal No. 3 (all topped up and topped up), but he had cilantro! There’s cilantro! So important 😭
There was a lot of crowds and I forgot to ask for coriander when ordering, so the Roujiamo was full of coriander, which was torture for people who don’t eat coriander😭
In terms of taste, except for the coriander, I can only give 👍. The braised pork is very tasty and the braised eggs are so delicious. The skin is slightly crispy but not dry, and the green pepper adds texture and moistness. The key is to add a little spicy food to match the taste. !
Overall, I give it 8 points, it’s well worth eating ❤️
But if you don’t eat coriander, please say so!
