I am a noodle lover. This noodle shop has been opened since I was a child. It has just moved to a few locations and the boss has also changed, but I am not sure whether it is the second generation or if it is left to someone else.

Since I don’t eat offal, I ordered noodles with liver and pork, which is quite rare in the north (I should say I’ve never seen it before).
Although I am a picky eater, I am a fan of coriander and popcorn.
The noodles are not too thin or watery, the thickness is moderate, and they are delicious. I loved their chili peppers when I was a kid, but now I try not to eat spicy food after being warned by the doctor.

50 yuan for a small bowl is a bit pricey, but if you think about it, the last time I had a small bowl of meat noodles and noodles was 55 yuan, it seems to be about the same but a little cheaper 😂

I haven’t eaten here for a long time, but I still think it’s delicious. I think it will be one of the standard dishes when I return home in the future.

If you are coming from out of town, I recommend trying it. I have never seen the noodles with liver and meat in other places!
