The vegetarian restaurant on Guangming Street in Yuanlin is owned by a Vietnamese woman, so they also have Vietnamese dishes like Vietnamese-style sour and spicy rice noodles. Today, I ordered the signature vegetarian beef noodles and found the flavor quite good. The broth has a bit of a herbal aroma, and they offer plenty of ingredients, including large pieces of radish, corn, and vegetarian lamb-flavored mushrooms, among others. For a side dish, I ordered crystal dumplings, which are relatively rare in other vegetarian restaurants. The environment is very clean and has air conditioning, and you can walk to the vegetarian restaurant from Yuanlin Train Station.
