Hotel Bolivar Bar

In Peru, the drink that everyone definitely drinks is pisco sour! I originally didn’t know that there was a special hotel that is famous for its local specialty drink, but later, with a friend's guidance, I finally discovered this treasure bar!

The bar has quite a few seats and a rich drink menu, featuring many cocktails that use pisco as the base. 🍹 If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend starting with the basic version, which is neither too sweet nor too sour, and you’ll get to enjoy some high-quality pisco. If, like me, you’ve already had many rounds, I suggest trying some new flavors crafted by the bartenders!

I ordered the ❤️ lady sour, which is quite similar to pisco sour but with a berry flavor, making it a bit sweeter. If a girl isn’t too accustomed to stronger drinks, this one has a taste somewhat like ice wine and should be easily accepted!

This bar has become a must-visit place for me and my friends whenever we return to Peru. I recommend it to everyone who enjoys drinking!
