This time I visited the relatively close Rayan Hamburger, located near home. The store is clean and tidy, with a comfortable dining environment and quite a good business; there were a lot of customers even on a weekday morning. (The store is quite deep but not wide, making it difficult for me to take photos. 🤣 Plus, with so many customers around, I didn't dare to take pictures casually. 🫣)
This time I ordered my favorite dish:
German-style smoked sausage egg queen butter toast (original price 69 TWD, turned into 94 TWD after adding bacon and cheese).
The smoked sausage has a solid and chewy texture, paired with a smooth and tender egg and cheese slices, creating a rich aroma. Adding bacon makes the saltiness more evident, adding layers to the flavor, although it is a bit salty, personally, I love this combination.
I also ordered a cheese thick beef hamburger (original price 75 TWD, turned into 85 TWD after adding cheese).
The bun is soft, combined with juicy beef patty, rich cheese, and crunchy lettuce and tomato. Overall, it is very satisfying and not too greasy, making it one of those burgers I would want to repurchase.
So far, all the burgers I’ve had here are quite delicious, and I think the others I haven't tried shouldn't be too disappointing. I will continue to explore next time! 👍
I wasn't let down this time; I felt super satisfied with these two brunch dishes! 🤩
