Particular favorites include oyster steamed egg, scallop mentaiko chicken wings, fried squid, and rice grilled salmon hand rolls
I originally wanted to say that the 484 oyster steamed egg was a bit of a waste.
But it’s also delicious steamed! The umami flavor slides down the throat together with the steamed egg, which is really amazing
I originally thought that stuffing raw food-grade scallops into chicken wings and grilling them for 484 would be a waste.
But the slight texture and sweetness after roasting the scallops greatly upgrades the chicken wings🥹
The mentaiko is so stuffed that it bursts out, which is exaggerated.
The fat, mustard, pepper, salt and fried crispy skin of the squid blend together in your mouth and it feels very good. The fried skin is not soft and rotten after eating, which is excellent.
The smoky aroma of rice grilled salmon hand roll is also very unforgettable
I think if you like to eat Japanese food, there is no menu
But if you don’t like to eat almost all sushi or cold food, this is the place for you.
Sushi and fried/grilled/boiled food are served alternately
Will not eat something continuously until the taste becomes tired

For 1,600 you can eat tuna belly, scallops, sea urchin, raw shrimp and other ingredients in Taoyuan City. It is really a great value for money.
It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this super satisfied after eating without a menu.
