Today I went to "Sun Kee Xian Chao Bistro" for dinner with my friends.
A friend said that the boss is very good at cooking and can control the heat very well.
It’s very good. I’m going to try it out with my friends today!
The store is hidden in an ordinary family-style house. There are no exaggerated decorations and decorations, only a few simple dining tables.
And the lively room full of drinkers laughing~

🔸️ Cold Tofu Shreds $0 The store serves side dishes, basically for internal consumption. This side dish! Even though it’s free, the ingredients used are very real! After the shredded tofu, fungus and celery are thoroughly mixed, the boss marinates them with pepper and sesame oil. There is a strong sesame oil aroma in the mouth which is very special~ The ice-cool taste combined with the fragrance of sesame oil is very refreshing! 🤗🤗

🔸️ Cold Bamboo Shoots $150 After making simple Sichuan soup, cut it into cubes and put it on top of the cut pieces On top of the shredded cabbage, the presentation is beautiful and tempting!

It feels very hydrated on the outside, and it looks like it’s bringing! I dipped it in some mayonnaise and stuffed it in one mouthful. It tasted very moist and crispy, and the sweetness of the bamboo shoots was brought out by the mayonnaise. It was very sweet and fresh! Like~😋😋
