A Vietnamese pho shop near the waterfront station
I can't see anything special from the door.
But when I entered, I found that the decoration felt like a very Italian restaurant.
So there is an inexplicable sense of dissonance
What’s even cooler is that generally speaking, these types of shop assistants are mainly employees of that ethnic group.
But that’s not the case here (I really don’t understand what the boss is thinking)
This time I ordered chicken drumsticks and rice noodles (it’s also a wonderful combination, I don’t think I’ve ever seen it like this in Taiwan)
Comments: The chicken legs are grilled and then placed on top of the rice noodles. The grilled meat is surprisingly delicious, not overcooked and has a sweet teriyaki flavor.
Part of the pho: The texture is a little different from what you get in Taiwan. I think it’s more like rice noodles, but it’s not unpalatable.
Overall, you can have hot soup, a whole piece of chicken drumstick, and it’s so cheap.
It’s really impeccable
