🔆🔆 Nanlian Huai'an Cuisine (Gongnong Road Store)🔆🔆

This is my fourth time visiting this restaurant. It is a famous local Huaiyang cuisine restaurant that has been open for 35 years, and Huaiyang cuisine is one of the four most famous cuisines in China.

🔱 The big fish head is the restaurant’s signature dish. The fish is tender and delicious, slightly spicy but not too spicy. It can be served with bread to dip into the soup, which makes it even more delicious. A must!

🔱 Long fish soft pocket, what we call eel, is a classic specialty of Huai'an. It is smooth but not greasy and easy to eat. In addition, there is also grilled eel bone, which is very interesting to eat wrapped in bean skin 😋 A must-try!

🔱 The pork belly is made from black pork, which is full of oil and has a solid texture. It is a very good Dongpo pork! 👍

🔱 The whitebait steamed egg is somewhat similar to our "Mula fish" steamed egg. It is not high in calories and is very suitable for those who want to lose weight.

Overall, the food is good, the service is very good, and the environment is clean. I highly recommend dining here when traveling to Huai'an!
