Located in the Shulin Tou Night Market, "Century Milk Foam Red Tea" is a saving grace for someone like me who is used to mobile payments when going out. Almost all the drinks in the night market only accept cash, so finding a drink shop that supports Line Pay was truly heartwarming—especially after a hot day of shopping, feeling parched with only my phone left in hand.

This time I ordered the "Honey Lemon."
It's a generous portion at an affordable price. Upon sipping, you can clearly taste the rich aroma of honey, complemented by fresh lemon juice, creating a sweet yet tangy flavor that's perfect for sipping while walking around the night market. However, for me, the honey was a bit too much, making it a bit sweeter than I prefer. If you, like me, lean towards a more sour and refreshing taste, you might wish the shop could adjust the sweetness a little bit.
But overall, it is indeed a very thirst-quenching and satisfying drink. Having such quality at a night market is definitely worth recommending.

Next time, I'd like to try their milk foam series, as it’s called "Milk Foam Red Tea," which should be their signature item. Just looking at the sign makes one imagine the fusion of rich milk foam with strong tea, which would be very comforting after a tiring stroll through the night market.
