The business is booming, but the shop is too small. It often gets crowded and is usually full of customers. Since it is near the National Cheng Kung University area, there are often groups of students coming to eat, which shows its high value for money. The pork chop, particularly the loin pork chop, is incredibly delicious! At first, I thought it would have the texture of a Taiwanese pork chop, but it turned out to be quite different! The taste is far superior to that of Taiwanese chain Japanese pork chop restaurants, though it still can't compare to authentic Japanese fried pork chops!

The main dish is served with thick fried eggs, braised (stewed) king oyster mushrooms, cabbage, and miso soup with tofu. Winter melon tea in paper cups is available for self-service on the left side of the counter.

The business is really good, with many students making it hard to find parking for cars and scooters. It is recommended to make a reservation by phone first. The set meal includes unlimited refills of white rice, drinks, and soup, emphasizing the idea that they are not afraid of you eating, but rather of you not being full!
