In recent years, similar skewered grill restaurants have emerged, many of which follow the same model of frying first and then grilling. The food is served quickly and is not expensive, but I don't know if it's this low-cost mentality that makes it so that a satisfying meal can still end up costing over a thousand to two thousand per person, which is about the same price as typical skewered izakayas, haha.
The environment is clean and comfortable, food is served quickly, and the taste is quite standard; there's nothing particularly wrong with it. The menu is extensive with a variety of alcoholic beverages, making it perfect for company gatherings and dining with friends, where you can eat a lot of meat and drink a lot of alcohol.
