Huayuelan blooming in Taiwan
The clerks at Japanese ramen shops are very imposing and will greet you energetically when you enter the store.
To order food, use the ordering machine and give the order to the clerk
Since I can’t read Japanese, I’m actually not sure what I ordered.
It should be a combination of the signature tonkotsu ramen + rice + fried dumplings
The noodles are very good, the hardness is just right, and the soup is very rich
The fried dumplings are okay, the skin is crispy, but I still think the Taiwanese ones are better.
This time I also tried the legendary way of eating rice by adding it to the soup, but I felt that by throwing it in like this, the rice didn't really absorb the flavor of the soup. It was like eating wet rice and soup, which have separate flavors. Like it too much
