# Yingge
This beef noodle shop is located near Yingge Industrial Area. Parking around the area is not very convenient, and you have to go around a bit.

When I passed by, I was attracted by their large sign claiming to be the second-best in the country. It felt like they had just opened not long ago, and the exterior and sign looked quite new.

We ordered a bowl of beef tendon noodles and chicken braised rice. The beef tendon noodles did not consist entirely of tendons; they were pieces of beef with a bit of tendon. Personally, I prefer the kind that is all tendon. The broth has a braised flavor, not too greasy, and is quite refreshing to drink. I chose ramen for the noodles, but I felt they were overcooked, making them a bit soft to eat. Overall, I found the bowl to be mediocre and not particularly impressive.

However, the chicken braised rice was surprisingly tasty. The side dishes of shredded bamboo shoots and tofu were excellent, and it even came with a Fuzhou meatball. The shredded chicken was moist and not dry, and the braised pork was fragrant without being too fatty. I was very satisfied with this dish. 👍

For dine-in customers, they offer a self-service soda bar. The dining environment is simple but looks clean. The restaurant also has meat import inspection reports posted, which makes it feel reassuring to eat there.

Next time I pass by, I will definitely come back for the chicken braised rice! 😆
