This is inspired by Hakata tonkotsu ramen 😉
All-you-can-eat noodles for 950 yen is so satisfying 😂
You can choose from 6 types of noodles with every refill ♪
The egg noodles were super smooth, chewy, and delicious ✌️ (boiling time 6 minutes)
If you're going for a refill time attack, Hakata noodles are the way to go (boiling time 30 seconds)
The chashu was pork belly and delicious, but it had a smell of water; probably the scent from the cutting board or tray had transferred to the meat, which was a bit off-putting 🤣
But it's delicious! ♪
